Hey y'all! Looks like no one has been active in this group for a while, but I hope this finds y'all well!
I'm Em, 36 year old mama of three. Been a Christian most my life, tho there's been some dark chapters in my walk.
Recently have had some health issues arise, so that's driven me to take a step back and realize that I've let my health and well being take a back burner. The hustle and bustle of a homeschooling, homesteading life has caught up to me and is forcing me to take control of my health. Weight loss, yes, but also my overall health.
