    • Made it home at 0230 edt, so only 2330 body time.
    • The LED panels were installed in the church while I was gone. Training at 1430 this afternoon.

    LOL, Dennis. You are probably correct on that rumor.

    Gave DGD a new bicycle last night. Very gratifying to see her pure joy.

    Following Sassy around with a plastic bag, this morning to collect a specimen for her vet appointment midday. I'll take her for a walk after I feed the grandkids, who stayed over for the night.

    Good Morning,
    PT, physical torture, this morning; only once a week for three more weeks then twice weekly; but they smile while torturing me. Do not want me doing much, so boring.
    Cloudy and breezy this morning.
    At our anniversary celebration at church Sunday, we had 448, wish I could have been there.
    Kelly, we are awaiting report from doctor workup as we age, we need more care.

    Morning bbb

    Ac was fixed by 10 am yesterday. Hooray. Not sure what our plan was going to be if it was a long fix. Glad we don't have to figure it out.

    Today heading out for a walk on the beach, yoga at home then dominios this afternoon. Ron does better when we stay busy. Yesterday we visited Segundo (2ND hand stores) looking for a kettlebell. I bought two tops. Several if them are very nice and have a mix of new clothing housewares and toiletries similar to TX Maxx. Some more like a garage sale.
