As an old editor, dare I express sympathy for the AA holding boss lady? My rule for speeches was "when in doubt, leave it out." No one ever complained that a speech or presentation was too short. Writers, on the other hand, are always sure that every word they penned is golden. Just me grinning from the West Coast.
Dennis now knows what I have always maintained. The PNW has the most pleasant summers in the country.
Sassy got a clean bill of health from the vet yesterday. She has a remarkably shiny coat and sparklingly white teeth, to go with her winning personality. And she didn't flinch at the shots or the blood draw.0 -

Got a sneak peak of DN 18 senior pics taken by DN 22. She is the youngest of the OG, original grandkids lol. They range in age from 18-22 and are all good friends. The other boys are 11 and 10 plus now stepmother grands at 1 and 5
Talked to FIL. They didn't lose power during the hurricane and have no water damages that's good.0 -

However, the dealer didn't realize it and placed a sticker on the outside of windshield and when they tried to scrape it off, well, scraped the protective film. Alas, $1,400 mistake. Took two weeks to get a new one from MOPAR.
SGM - I, too, believe in Short/Sweet, and to-the-point writing. This lady is just a damn control freak and thinks she's the smartest person in the room with everyone and every task. Annoying.
She simply touched my last nerve yesterday!
