Yesterday turned very warm and still. Dog training was rough.
Roasted stuffed pablanos and giant jalapenos stuffed with thawed frozen crabcakes and topped with a 1/4 strip of thin REAL bacon on the grill last night. Pablano had some decent heat, they often do not have much at all. The jalapenos made me want some milk or bread to put out the fire. Normally, I would stuff with Monterey jack and WRAP with a whole strip of bacon, but that is not a point friendly option.
Still looking to move the big weight on the balance beam to 200.
$2400 and 10-14 days in shop. Ouch. What is your deductible?
Great news about your eye, Bob. Love it when your doc thinks you are amazing. My Rheum doc said the same thing to me. I think it is all about attitude and determination. And capzasin, lots of capzasin.
I remember me dad recuperating from a similar shoulder surgery, Sam. It was a slow and frustrating process for him, but eventually he got back full range of motion with no pain or feeling any grating. He loved to swim and although it took about 6 months, he was able to get back in the pool and do laps freestyle.

    Onward and Downward ;-)

    Good morning!

Lee, the tomatoes look great. We had zero luck with our tomatoes this year in part due to Woody, and in part due to the weather. Sigh....

Bob, that is wonderful news about your eye! Prayers continue.

Sam, prayers continue for your shoulder as well.

Today is supposed to be our last really hot and humid day for a while. I'm going to mow today, however.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Happy for healing eyes and shoulders.

We have a $500 deductible of collision, Lee. Discussion is why collision rather than comprehensive or uninsured motorist. I'll be on the phone today.

It wat unplanned - no lists - but I decided to ride my bike yesterday. I did 23 miles on a pair of connected bike paths out in the country. It was a route I used to ride about four times a week. I was slow, but it felt good to glide through the fields and woods. I hope to make this a regular part of my routine. Good cross training for when I can't get away to hike.

    Good Morning

That is what I call a tomato!

I agree with you Dave. I don't understand how it can be collision coverage. I hope you prevail in your discussions with the insurance company. Sometimes you just need someone to stop, listen and understand what happened. Good Luck.

I have begun to make progress on moving again. Today I go over to storage and bring back some of the boxes of papers etc that we have accumulated. We shoved alot of stuff into storage etc when we quickly shut down last years move and focused on the cancer etc. I just finished going through what I had here. Most of it is old enough it can go to recycle or shredding. I can sort through while watching TV with Heather. I will likely spread it out over 5 -7 days and work on other things. That is my "list"

Wow Lee stuffed peppers sound great!!I had a somewhat similar parking lot inccident and my deductible was covered by uninsured motorist provision. Good Luck Dave with your discussions. I have been with the same company for a long time and they are good to me. I saved my car door to show that I wasn't moving when the incident happened and it got taken care of.

Glad you are doing better Bill.
Yup evveryone heal up Ts and Ps your way.
