    Lou is pretty funny when he is grumpy.
    Yesterday got hot. Had to hydrate with some beer in the afternoon. A friend shared a local IPA with me and it was delicious. Normally I do not care for IPAs.

    I snuck into the office this morning and liberated my salads that I'd brought in on Monday. They clean fridges on Fridays, so they'd have been summarily dumped. I think they were happy to see me.

    After a hiatus of years, I took my bike out for a 23-mile ride yesterday. Hope to do a lot more of that.

    Hooray for bike rides. The main reason we are moving to San Carlos is staying here is because it is more bike friendly.

    Ron is fully better from his flu. Really he was terrible for about 30 hours then steadily improving. Thankfully I never got it.

    Today we are trying out a new yoga class followed by yogaNidra. Usually he has a massage that conflict but since the Monday one got canceled we moved the Friday one to yesterday. We have a couple of free class coupons to use.

    • Up early to go to work location. Denied access. Got that fixed. Denied access to Bldg. Got that fixed. Denied access to network. Gave up. Left.
    • PT afterwards. Me: "....that 10 pound weight really makes a difference!" PT Therapist: "...it was only 2#, Skip!"
    • I should've just stayed in bed.

    Me and Dh are Lake bound...

    My GF, her son and his 3 lil kids are over next door in our guest camper this weekend. They have fam to visit down the way a mile or 2 too.

    Way to ride Dave!

    I need a good bike seat, mine hurts my *kitten*. So I dont ride, but I'd like to!
