    Great reminder to be intentional. Thank you! Reminding myself to take a moment to be intentional, especially before/while eating (and any time I take time for myself) certainly helps. If I tell myself that what I'm doing is for ME and that caring for myself is actually more important than my perceived duties to others (work included), I do better. If I am better, if I feel better, I do better for everyone else, too.
