This morning, I checked my glucose number (which was in the 170s which is high) and ate breakfast. This is a great start for me because it helps to set the tone for my day. I checked in with my coach on another app. I logged my food on the app. I watched a motivational weight loss video on YT.

Today I met my step goal, which is only 5,200 because I am disabled and have chronic fatigue, but I hit it.
I had a fancy lunch, as it was date day with my partner but kept the rest of my day simple.
I missed dance class. That annoys me. Tomorrow I shall do an online class.
