Today was a little more difficult. I had tons of cravings. I think it was due to the fact that I had a small procedure done today which made me not feel good and when I don't feel good I like to eat. Not that I ate anything bad, but this chicken salad that I had for lunch was huge and much more than I should have eaten.

I had a deposition today and I'm not able to sit for a long periods of time and I had to sit for hours and hours. By the time we were done I was so ravenously hungry and in pain that I ended up going through a drive-thru. Luckily enough I chose okay ish and because my day was nothing but deposition my lunch right before was nothing more than green beans and asparagus. So I stayed within my calories but it was crap food for dinner.0
