    Last full day at beach. Hoping for a rinse and repeat day from yesterday’s perfect sun and activities.

    Dennis…..ugh. Sorry. Moving is the worst.

    Good morning.

    The condo was a no-go. The value wasn't there. Their realtor did a great job of editing photos to make the place seem brighter than it really was and the value just really wasn't there. It needs to come down about $75k to be in our more comfortable price range. It was just the first townhouse to pop up in our search criteria in the area we'd like to move to, so we wanted a look.

    Off to Arlington today with Cecilia in tow. She's still not 100%,but I think the Smithsonian and Georgetown shopping will give her a boost. I'm avoiding calling friends on this trip at her request.

    . Hate not being at church this morning. They are having a burn the mortgage celebration.
    . Got out of moving yesterday and just spent time catching up.
    . Kris and I are touring the AF museum today before the gang gets here late this afternoon.
    . Enjoy your trip to Arlington Lou. Spent numerous weeks at Marymount University on Glebe Road.

    Birthday party was do fun. We stayed out much later than normal. Yawn.

    Today no plans. There is a comedian hypnotist at a bar down the beach today we might go to but otherwise nothing.

    Good Afternoon,
    Churched and schooled this morning, DW stayed home keeping DGS, she will be in Dennis old hood till Wednesday or Thursday making sure DGS gets to school and afterschool activities.
    I have dermatologist tomorrow, PT Tuesday and Friday, Board of Equalization Thursday.
