Good Morning All
Well Done Everyone on the great job you have done on completing hour Daily Goals this past month. Keep up the Fantastic Work!
For the Month of September we will be Focusing on Good Nutrition that plays a role in having better function in every area of our lives. With many of us having limitations on certain Foods due to allergies and sensitivities we will look at eating healthy and choosing the best food we can find on the Market that is available so we can incorporate them into our daily intake.
I will share articles from the Mayo Clinic about healthy eating as we age, they don’t offer any specific food for us for substitutions when allergies and sensitivities exist and that’s after searching extensively so I will share a General Article I did find so it can help us keep as healthy and strong as possible.
Along with being Focused on Good Nutrition we will continue on with our focus on Daily Cardio and Strength Training for we “Older” Adults!
