I am working on Maintenance looking to achieve my optimal Weight that is best for my Body Frame and Height.
Due to Cancer Treament I have lost over 30 pounds. When diagnosed I weighed 130lbs and you see what I weigh today.
My normal weight was always 125- 127lbs
Never gained or lost weight. So being 130lbs was I have to say a “God Thing” as going from 130lbs to 94lbs is a lot of weight especially for someone who was not ever a big person to start with.
