    Good morning!

Mike, those are beautiful pictures! Wow!

We are finally having cooler weather here. It was 53 this morning. I plan to do a bunch of yard work today.

It is odd knowing that today is a holiday, but it is not any different from other days for me. I think that I am starting to figure this retirement thing out.

Connie has been dealing with severe IBS like symptoms, but she has no diagnosis. This has been going on for several months. We are to the point where we almost don't know from meal to meal what she can eat or not. It is frustrating.

Prayers continue for all of you.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

    Loved the photos, Mike.

Good times with the grandkids. Made them my special mac and cheese for supper, followed by Rita's apple pie. I always gain weight when they stay with us.

Mike, I bought my bike after I retired from Civil Service in 2010. I rode a lot for several years, then just stopped. I started back up last month as a way to stay fit when I don't find time to get away to hike. Good cross training.

    Good Morning

    Mike, beautiful photos

We have no plans for the holiday beyond continuing to make progress. We need to get out of the house for a walk especially now that the weather is nice.

Gotta try and get some stuff done in the yard and tinker with my outboard motor.

    Onward and downward ;-)

Mornin'. Clear sunshine, cool breezes. Great into to September for us.

Nothing special planned today. Trying to sort out lodging for next weekend's wedding in NH. Stashed away my canoe and extended roof rack so I can drive thru car wash. I go only infrequently, should more in winter to rid of road salt. Going through camping gear that's still out, giving a thorough cleaning. Nothing worse than getting sick out in the wild. Hope to camp again late Sept or Oct.

    Enjoy the day!

Yup nice picts Mike!!! Happy Labor Day all!
I admit I like to bike. 142,000 miles and counting as an adult. I don't run anymore and don't hike as fast as others.
I love canoe adventure but don't own one. "Went for several days in Alaska w my brother one time camping out.

    cheers
