    • Long week! Glad its coming to an end.
    • PT this morning and going to attempt 9 holes this afternoon with my pal. We'll see.
    • Not much on the radar for weekend....preparing for our CA trip next week.
    • Rumor has it neighbor who shouldn't have a dog is trying to adopt another one from another Agency. NOPE! I'll be on the phone early this morning to share that tragic story and hopefully prevent another bad to worse outcome.
    • iPhone day!

    Good morning

Thanks for the input! I'm undecided, as pointed out, yes I am very happy with my remote situation. That counts. But 3yrs is a long time and I've sold 2.5+ million for him in that time, mostly inventory he bought when he purchased the Co. for 400k in 2021. He has no office rent, wifi or utility expenses here with me . He pays for a phone- his co. phone number I answer. He offered last year if I wanted to reduce my 1300.00 a month 80/20 big deductible health insurance plan, he'd pay me the savings difference. No. Not at 60yr old.

Meanwhile I'm off to Walmart they open at 6am for some lake supplies.

Garage door spring broke, so a guy is coming for the $320 repair sometime today. Same guy who installed it in 2019. Stickers with your contact info on your equipment does work. I do it too.

Lake depart 4pm with my girlfriend I haven't seen in 2024 yet. Be nice to catch up.

Suppose to be 80s and dry next 10 days here. Low 60 at night. I call that perfect.

    Good morning.

Mary - inflation has eroded your buying power in those 3 years. $116 today buys you what $100 did in 2021. The WFH thing is nice, but he's not set up for anything else anyway, so that's a perk for him as much as you. JMTC

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • I'm headed to Athens this morning.
    • - Routine service appt. for the CR-V
    • - Going across the street to the Red Cross and donate platelets.
    • It might be the new boss doesn't give pay raises until requested. As long as you're not drawing a line in the sand there's no harm.
    • Have a great Friday BBB. Who cares if it is the 13th.

    Good morning BBB friends.

Nothing on our calendar, today, but to get the latest Pfizer Covid shot.

I know that texting is behind the trend to use abbreviations and initials for everything that seems commonplace. I get that WFH means work from home. JMTC escapes me. There is an ad that plays on a blog I listen to that always makes me laugh. They help small businesses market their products, including POS. I know they mean point of sale, but that isn't what POS means to guys of my generation.

    Morning gang

JMTC = just my two cents

Threw my back out yesterday. Ugh. Loading the car and a 6 hour drive is going to be painful.

    I'll check back later.

.... ouch Steph. Ice it. Not heat so they say? Hope your drive isn't too uncomfortable. You drive all or Ron or share?

Careful Steph. I've heard back problems aren't any fun.

I was thinking Joint Military Training Center.

Get well Steph. That doesn’t sound fun Being in a car with that pain.

Dave, I agree with you. POS isn’t what I thought it was either.

Good for you skip. That dude doesn’t need a dog. He sounds like a cat person.
