hey guys, I figured i'd make this group since the site is mostly used by people trying to lose weight and at least here we'll have a way to keep everything bodybuilding related.

about me..
From Dublin. i was bodybuilding for 2 years before and stopped for about a year and a half. lost all my gains :( as expected.
but back at it it now for 3 months and already seeing allot of what i worked on before coming back. i guess it's down to muscle memory and applying all the education i learned in the 2 years before i quit

I find this site useful to keep track of what i'm eating, though i did work out my calories on my own and changed the macro split from the default. also i don't think that adding the exercises is useful since this site seems to be all about losing weight and less about gaining muscle. anyway gonna keep using it as a way to track macros and calories
