Halloween Costumes?

Anybody got plans to wear a Halloween costume for a party or for giving out treats?

I haven't decided..but I love to dress up for Halloween!!! So I'm definitely going to do so.

When I have the costume I plan to post a pic of me in it. But will probably wait till closer to Halloween 10 lbs. can make a difference when buying...and if I lose ten more as well that'd be great! :)

I was a hippie last year. The party I went to didn't have a theme. This year there is a theme. My idea for the 80s was shot down by my friend's 13yr old son. (He just doesn't get what was so awesome about the 80s! LOL)

So they have decided to go with The People of Wal-Mart as a theme. Here's a link to the site if you're not familiar with that kind of stuff. www.peopleofwalmart.com

I guess I'll just go in my pajamas?? I'm not willing to show too much skin.

My boyfriend and I decided to go with low budget costumes this year so I will be a cowgirl .I need only a hat and a pistol - I got jean shorts, flannel shirt and boots. This will be fun!

I've been making a board of all of my favorite Halloween costume ideas on pinterest and can hardly decide. Even if I loose the 20 pounds for this goal, I still have a long way to go before I reach my ultimate goal, and don't feel like i would have the same look as a lot of my favorite costumes. I did talk my husband, who never dresses up, into doing the "fifty shades of gray" with paint swatches. He can totally get behind anything close to free and that doesn't require him to dress too differently from his norm.
  • Last year I was 4-5 months pregnant so I had an orange shirt and I made a creepy jack-o'-lantern face on it. Above the face it said, "I eat small children."

I'll most likely be trick or treating again this year because my oldest son is 4 and he loves to dress up. This year my youngest son will be 6 months on Halloween so I'll wear a carrier and dress him up like a popcorn box. I'll dress up like a theater employee serving the popcorn. There are cute pictures online and it looks easy to make.
