    Good morning!

Connie was with the doc less than 5 minutes yesterday. He said that she had a clean report from her scopes. The red spot is just is a red spot and the polyp was benign. So she still has not answers on her IBS symptoms and will now look for a gastro doc who will take her seriously and help her get to the bottom of this.

Not much else to report this morning.

Bill, I'm happy for you and Heather.

    Have a great day!

Heavy frost this morning. They had snow in upper NH the other day, 200 miles north.

Several of my kids have had bowel issues, and when they went gluten free it stopped. Two officially Dx with celiac disease but others not. I hope Connie's docs can find out underlying cause.

Helped DD upgrade her laptop yesterday and install MS-Office so she can work at her new job. Been home only 3 days and an old friend called her out of the blue, they talked and she mentioned she was looking for work and he offered her a position. Crazy! Hope it works out for her.

Checked out comet again last night, driving to nearby state park where no lights and an open view across pond. Eventually found it, although moon so bright almost washed it out. If it lingers and weather holds out might be better as moon rises later after sunset next few days.

Piano class this morning--haven't been since August, and haven't even practiced the pieces I was assigned...

Bill--good luck to you on your moving adventure!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Snow in the mountains. Skiers are happy, though it will take a lot more before the lifts open.

Thought about going fishing today - supposed to be good with the full moon - but it's raining and cool, so I'll probably stay home.

Made another mixed vegetable dinner from the garden last night, with eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes from Rita's harvest. Pretty tasty and very point friendly.

    Good Morning

We had home this afternoon. Its been a good trip. Lots of memories coming at us. We have gotten lots of walking in. Yesterday at Laguna Beach and then to San Clemente where we lived for a couple of years and spent many a weekend. Today we are just going to walk around town look at the great homes in the area and wander around the 5 colleges. This is what we used to do to de-stress during the final year of Heather's Dad's life when we needed a break. Ready to get back to all the house hitting the market stuff. Home Inspection this morning.

    Good Morning,
Pablo at groomer, super hyper this morning; going to try and wear him out in daycare this morning so he will settle down for groomer.
Picked up DW where she dropped off her vehicle for service,
Went to early vote, there less than 5 minutes, poll workers way out numbered voters.
35 this morning yielding a heavy frost. We could use some rain but none in extended forecast.

Gosh Bill a great town indeed. AS a kid we loved going to Laguna Beach from Claremont. Funny but I actually slept on a surf board in San Clemente one time.

We visit the Botanic Garden now known as the California Botanic Garden (formerly Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden) every year and have joined as Acorn members. My dad was a professor at the Claremont School of Theology next door to the gardens.

My brother who was one of the famous Claremont group of artists built the iconic ceramic tile wall at the Claremont Methodist Church.

As a kid I rode a bike up Mt Baldy to the village and back. A few years ago (maybe 10 yr now??) I rode a bike up to the Mt Baldy Ski lift parking lot. Can't believe I did that. It is aan "hors categorie" (beyond category) climb using Tour de France terminology and rather comparable to Alpe d'Huez climb. Just a dream these days.

Our old home was a somewhat notable home at 11th and Harvard. My brother went to the old Claremont Men's College but studied art under the greats at Scripps "College. I had a card to the college library as a high schooler.

My nieces also went to the Claremont Colleges.

Great memories. Sorry to miss ya as we pass each other today aboard planes.
