    GM~
    • I might've sent DF a candid/raw/unfiltered letter yesterday. It was cathartic. Sad.
    • HH with a great friend that lost his wife last year to Breast Cancer (90 days from diagnosis). It was good to see him. Dipped into weeklies.
    • Off to VA this morning for some tests on Sleep Apnea and determination if Inspire is a viable solution.
    • Keep up the great work, Mary! Your positivity is contagious!
    • C'mon, weekend!

    Cheers,

    Mornin' BBB

Ya beat me to the punch, Skip.
The Red/White/Blue hearts showed color on my laptop monitor, Mary. Well done. That is quite the medical regimen, so glad it is working for you.
Felt exhausted by end of day yesterday, wondered if I was coming down with a bug, but am bright eyed and bushy tailed this am. Hopefully dodged the workplace ick that has been going around.
I only do the WW app on my phone. I cannot stand meetings, even with people I like. If I ain't moving, I is sleeping. Sleeping in a meeting is not considered good form.

    Good morning.

Sleeping during a meeting is fine, Lee. It's the snoring that's the problem. 😉

    Good morning BBB friends.

Mary is inspirational. Great focus and determination.

Heading for a hike in Olympic National Park. I wanted to go to Mount Rainier NP, but NOAA forecasts snow and clouds at my planned destination, not the views I would look for, so I am bound for the forest instead. First time this season I have encountered a snow forecast.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • After 5 straight days of waking up to Alexa's voice I got to sleep in this morning. :)
    • Nice Italian dinner and a magic show at church last night.
    • Yay Mary!

Dennis - me and Alexa have not been getting along well lately! She's been a bit temperamental (perhaps I missed a birthday or an anniversary). I finally got one reset last night. Will work on others today. Smart home technology is great - until a dumb person has the controls

    Morning gang.

We took a lovely hike yesterday that ended up being about 5 miles. It was hot and sunny but not humid so OK. Then home to pack. All that is left for this morning is food and random small things.

Since we are only moving to another unit in the same complex we didn't pack optimally for space but for ease. There are 3 shopping carts we can use that should make it faster. However I ran into someone yesterday who said the elevator in the other building hasn't been working great. I DO NOT want to carry all of my stuff up 6 flights of stairs.

    Have a great day all.

Whoa Steph. No way lugging all that stuff up all those stairs. Yikes.

Mary. Oh I agree, I know what to do, I just don’t do it. Ha. You’re doing great!! No alcohol though. Ugh.

Nothing here in Indiana. Looks like Roarke, otherwise known as ds1, might finally make a visit November 8-10. We shall see.

Steaks for dinner tonight and I’m
    Hungry.

    Good evening

BBB dont be so kind to me over here, this has been a lifetime and last 6 years of rollcoaster weight issues, and health frustrations, since my Graves diagnosis and then thyroidectomy coupled with menopause. All a sudden last year I also now had sleep apnea, high blood pressure too.
I really hit this wall hard and was at my highest weight ever. Glad I can say "was".
Labs are improved already too. TSH is being monitored every 3mo. And more importantly I feel better. I can walk further. Inflamation is down. I sleep straight 7-8 straight hours almost each night now. I can care better from my dgs. I dont want to be an old couch gramma!
I'm learning or me, it's not just diet and tracking etc. It's a complete package of health wellness steps. I'm glad I got in the program with this team.

May we all be blessed with good health.

Skip, I hope the dust settles with the old man and you. I really do.This coming from an orphan who was distant with my Dad the last years of his life. His doing, but me giving up, and not putting up....
    Wishing you both peace...

    M
