    • Nice motorbike ride yesterday. It's the perfect time of the year. Found a new lunch spot.

    So, Sam, the doc thinks that 72 is old enough to just pack it in? At 74 I'm looking forward to at least another 15 years of hiking.

    When I got dressed this morning, I pulled my belt over one more hole that usual, without it feeling especially tight. I call that a non-scale victory.

    Morning gang

    Super happy with my WI yesterday. #6.5 for the first 2 weeks. Historical I am a super slow loser but this is the first time on WW where I'm not drinking soda, diet or otherwise, and am mostly WFPB (whole food, plabt based), so maybe it will be faster this time.

    Yesterday on of the breweries in town had 3x2 so we stopped by. Right on the marina.

    Today I have my volunteer gig.

    Good Afternoon,
    Took DMIL to doctor this morning, she was not ready when I got there; did not have time to change her clothes which were dirty, did not wear hearing aid so did not know what doctor told her. Cardiologist and she wanted him to look at her skinned legs.
    Congrats to losers!
    I need to get back where I can walk like I used to.
    Best to Lee and girls, know they will do good.

    Good evening

    A couple pit stops on way to lake. Dgd Miss Lauren hopefully is home by now. Stopping there as I have
    painted her a bluey pumpkin and have some new fall clothes, stickers, and some snacks, Halloween balloons for her. She is dressing up as a cowgirl and Oakley her dog will be a cow. Dgs is going as Elmo.

    WI today for me for the week since Mon is -3.0. I need to stay on track this weekend
