So far being using the app for few days now I have seen some weight loss from my starting weight was around 385.1 last couple of days I been losing weight I drop to 384.7 then I lost 1.3 pounds and drop to 383.4 today I dropped again 1.3 now I'm 382.5 so far I feel great1

So far so good. 1.6 pounds down since Oct 25th. Thats about 2.5 weeks of progress. Slow but steady progress. 👍0
