    Good morning!

Wow! Nice looking house, Lee! I also like the solar. Have you had solar before? What's the elevation there?

Bill, I am so happy for you and Heather.

Bob, Happy belated birthday to your DW.

Our average high right now is supposed to be 62. Our low last night was 72. We are headed to mid to upper 80s today before potentially wild storms tonight. We need the rain, and "normal" temps will follow into next week. When Al Rocher calls out Kansas City by name on the national news, you figure we have a chance for fun weather tonight. Seriously, I like a good thunderstorm.

The windows are all washed for another year or two. Connie helped yesterday. The help is nice, less up and down on the step stool. The close supervision is another story.

Mostly rest today with inside tasks as storms coming in after lunch.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Yanks pulled out a win. Whew. M's mood has significantly improved, LOL.
Lovely photo of mum and son on the beach. Serious wave action.
I will continue to work in CT through Jan 2026. Once I hit 65 and can go on medicare, then it is so long CT and Heart&Paw. M will be going back and forth until then, mostly forth, I imagine. The force is strong between grandma and grandson.
Sciatica/piriformis issue has all but completely resolved with stretching. No doctors or chiros necessary, but seriously, when do I have time to see a doc between trialing dogs and working?

    Onward and downward ;-)

Thanks Steve. We have a solar roof now in CT. It definitely has its benefits. Interestingly enough, the new house is much like our current home. Under 2000 sq ft and snug. Easy to maintain. The elevation of Monument is darn near the same as Denver, maybe just a bit higher, since it is roughly 1.3 miles above sea level. It has a small equipment shed and a chicken coop, but I would like to put up a pole barn garage for a real tractor and truck.

    Good Morning,
    Tis All Hallows Eve,
    Candy for kids in pantry,
Pablo waiting eagerly to go out for morning walk.
Everyone with 5 acres or more needs a pickup. tractor and barn to keep toys in.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Wouldn't today be All Hallows Eve eve?

I ended up not riding my bike, yesterday, but I did take Sassy for a long walk. We have 100 percent chance of rain today. The radar image shows lots of dark green with yellow highlights. Looks like an indoor day.

    Good Morning

Hmm...Heather has always wanted a pick-up and I always wanted to drive a tractor. But I don't know if I can swing the 5 acres. Bummer.

So 2026 is the big Men's Health blowout get together in Colorado? Is it too soon to get the smoker going?

We received our first offer yesterday which changed the day's trajectory. We countered yesterday afternoon since their offer was well below the comps. We responded with what we will sell for and will not go lower, Sounds like there is a chance another offer will be coming if this one bottoms out. Time consuming. Heavy rain today which is unfortunate since we have to go into Florence. At least we now have umbrellas.
