Good morning!
I'm not sure what is in store for today. Connie says that she has to get out of the house. It is supposed to be sunny and 60 today, so there are a lot of possibilities.
Frankie let me sleep until 6:00 this morning. I still don't feel like that is enough sleep.
Have a great day!0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
More rain and wind, here. I really want to get out to clean up in my shop. Hope Rita gives me the time to do so. I was driving her one place or another all day, yesterday. Tomorrow should be a break in the foul weather, so I will plan to gather the last of the leaves for this year. Saturday we'll be selling at the annual holiday bazaar in which I take part.

Good Morning,
Cooler with rain and wind; Arthur does not like.
DW failed her mammogram last Friday, tomorrow we be at hospital early in morning expecting to be there till late afternoon. They did tell us we would know what was going on and plan before we leave tomorrow.0 -
Good Morning
Eventful 24 hours. Yesterday afternoon we received a very low offer with lots of contingencies. Another offer was in electronic route with another promised in the morning. The second one came in after dinner and was close to what we were willing to do, and with no contingencies and with strong financing. A bit of informal back and forth via text between the agents and we struck a deal late last night. They resubmitted their offer at the agreed upon price, etc. We e-signed this morning bright and early. 28 day escrow. Tomorrow afternoon we connect in Florence with our realtor to see the house we think we want that is back on the market after a week, another one that we might be interested in and one we really like but is likely too small. These are all at the low end of our price range too! Yesterday mid day Heather proposed that we pull the house off the market till after the holidays and relist with a different pricing strategy. Then all this happened. Motivated buyer and seller and two agents who worked together to find a deal that worked in a little over an hour. It was a bit intense.0 -
Bill, exciting news there! Hope it all works out.
Sam, sorry to hear about DW’s mammo results. Am praying it’s nothing serious.
Envy your 60° weather Steve. Was in the 20’s this morning and only 40’s for the high.
Saw the piano in RI yesterday; I’m on the fence. Pricey for a console model (small upright) but inexpensive for a Steinway. Ran a lot of questions by the piano technician’s internet forum. They were very helpful clearing up concerns I had.
Piano class this morning then a hike somewhere in the cold sunshine.
