Successfully started diet on here in August 2024

I've lost 26 pounds as of today. I started out doing the Mediterranean diet, but that didn't last long. I don't like to cook, daily. I pretty much eat what I like. Before I began this diet, I didnt want to eat until around 8 PM every day, and that was my only meal. I did that for years. The acid in my stomach from being empty was terrible. I still have to take 2 prescription antacids and often pepto bismol on top of those to go to sleep. I also had a sugar and a chocolate addiction. The not eating and the sweet addictions just made me pack on fat. I have had to start literally forcing myself to eat several small meals a day. I've so reduced my intake of sweets that last week, I began to notice the 5g of sugar in a slice of bread. I don't like the taste of that particular whole grain bread anymore because of that. I have about 64 more pounds to lose to reach my first goal.
