November Week 4 Group Challenge - What's Important to You?

Well, life never goes as plan. My son started throwing up during our Thanksgiving celebration. His brother started to shortly after. I spent the rest of the evening and night taking care of two sick toddlers. And then I joined them in being sick this morning. So I did not complete everything I was planning on either day.
Thursday
-yoga: no, was going to do it at night.
-vitamins: yes
-water: yes
-skin care: yes
-track spending: yes,
Friday
-yoga: no
-vitamins: no, wouldnt have been able to keep them down
- water: no, barely drank. Didn't track the water I did get down
- skin: no
- track spending: yes, only because I didn't spend anything.

@jessicakrall8 I'm glad your Internet came back on. It's amazing how much we count on it!
@Zaxa2021 Oh dear, I'm sorry about your Thanksgiving and then you getting sick, too.- Occurrences of unplanned/unnecessary spending - bought a used book with store credit.
- CPAP machine usage/sleep metrics - used it all night.
- Water intake - bad, 30 oz probably. I'm seeing a trend: when I'm not at work, I don't drink enough water.

I've been really busy the last couple of days so not managed to post.
I've increased my vegetables & my fiber.
Water intake has been variable.
I achieved my step goal 2 days out of the 7 but every day was 10,000 plus steps.
I enjoyed the challenge.2 -
Saturday:
1. Hit my protein goal again at 89g (goal was 87g)
2. Water intake today was 71 oz.
3. Walked a half mile today...still some stiffness, so trying not to push too hard as I return to work on Monday...hoping for a good week, with little swelling now that I'm down 18.8 lbs. Can't wait to see where I'm at with my knee at the end of December.
