Much like @Kali225, I don't have any issue getting my water - I have a 500ml glass mug that lives on my desk and I fill it 8+ times a day, and I also drink 5-6 huge mugs of herbal tea, and if I'm feeling like a change I have sparkling water with lime or lemon juice. I drink enough water that I've been tested for diabetes on more than one occasion, but nope, I'm just a thirsty gal!
So I'm quietly celebrating today - For the first time since October 2019, I am under 100kg! My weight is in the double digits! I'm absolutely chuffed.

Good evening Waistaways 🥰
CW 242.0lbs
I love drinking water. Only thing is I need a tiny splash of squash to give it a tiny bit of taste. I normally aim for 2 to 3 litres a day.
I also like drinking squash hot 🤷
My steps for the week 🥰

I am really terrible about getting my water in. I know a lot of my issues are due to dehydration. My sister suggested a habit tracker app. I used it for awhile, but then it reminds me so much throughout the day, I ended up just ignoring it. I do use the Cirkul water bottle I don’t really notice a specific flavor but it does add a taste to the water.
I still need to do better with checking in more often. I found some kettlebells at Goodwill so my plan is to look for a program to start. Good luck to everyone this week.1 -

Previous Weight: 156.0 lbs
Current Weight: 154.2 lbs
Workouts have been harder to fit into my schedule lately, but I'm staying on top of food! Seems like the holiday sodium has fallen off Hope everyone has a great week!1 -
Hi team. Had an okay Monday - definitely snacked too much when I got home, but I could have let things spiral from there, not eaten a good dinner, I hadn't moved or worked out when I got home. But I didn't. I made a nice dinner of pork cutlets and sauteed mushrooms, did my daily PT stretches and movements, and got in a 20 min total body strength workout while I watched the football game (and timed myself for a quick shower during halftime!). So I think I ended kind of neutral on the day. Going to try to start Tuesday on a stronger foot by walking before work. But I have dance cardio baked in on Tuesdays at a minimum.

Great job @Kali225 for turning your day around. That is excellent not all or nothing thinking! Very challenging and great NSV!
My weight is down from earlier in week, but I have been getting into Christmas candy! I did good yesterday and today so far. I just need not to buy it!1 -

So I just made some (not so healthy) blondie bars for my book club tomorrow. Do I count it as exercise since my heart was racing it went up to 130s for several minutes? My fitbit showed 6 minutes of exercise Even though I am feeling better today (both less coughing and easier breathing), my body still needs to rest for a while! For the next week, I am going to diligently track my calories and stick to my calorie goal!1

Absolutely!1 -
@lauren_989 oh man, this illness has your lungs working overtime!! A blondie bar sounds so good right now too haha...
Had another okay day. I was able to cut down on the snacking before dinner time, I think partially because I had a pretty big lunch (chipotle bowl - good protein!), and because since I snacked a lot yesterday, there weren't as many things to snack on today.... I got a walk in in the morning, and a very solid dance cardio session. First one with my new Garmin tracker and I burned 287 calories in about 30 min of active time, 35 with the cooldown. That seems good to me!
I am packing now to head to NYC for an overnight tomorrow for our company wide holiday party. I kind of wish I had bailed, but I am actually a little excited to wear a blue dress I bought about 2 years ago for a wedding. I don't think I have worn it since, and it definitely feels bigger on me! I could probably even pin it in, in a few places, but it's a flexible enough fabric (kind of drapey jersey material) that I don't think it looks like it is too big, and I'll probably be more comfortable without pins.
I was really tired today at work, actually almost dozed off for a second at my desk, and with a 7am train to catch, I better hit the hay. happy tuesday team!1 -
SO....
I am in another state for work this week, and went for a walk to the clearance outlet a few blocks away at lunch. I went to a well known casual denim clothing store, and had a look, nothing on their plus size racks that I liked. I saw a cute pair of ankle grazer distressed jeans in a size 16 (US size 12) and thought "why not?"
They not only fit, they weren't even a stretch. Just went on comfortably. OMG. I can fit regular clothes!!!! I was on cloud 9 walking back. And YES, I bought them!!1 -
@Alatariel75 what a great NSV! 🎉
@Kali225 same with that dress! You should take a picture and show us!1 -

Just read through about 25 posts and loved hearing everyones news. So excited for blue dresses with extra room! Smaller jeans and new weight loss milestones. Go team!
I was able to fit one workout in this week. Calories have been on track. My husband has commented on my weight loss which always feels good. I can tell my clothes fit more comfortably too. My plan is to keep doing what I'm doing.2 -
@Alatariel75 what a huge accomplishment, high-five to you.
@conleywoods Keep up the great work.

Surprised that I saw a loss considering my movement was down last week. I'm off to Texas next week for 10 days and excited to see some warmer weather and spend time with family. I won't be able to weigh in the next 2 weeks but will get back on the scale after Christmas.2 -
Loose or better fitting clothes all around! Love that for us!
I am snuggled in bed after getting back from NYC. The holiday party was actually really fun, but I probably overdid it with alcohol so I am not optimistic about weigh-in tomorrow. I will try to attach a pic in the next post!
Looking forward to my last weekend fully at home this year, and getting lots of steps in!0 -
And a moment for the makeup!

@Kali225 you are gorgeous in that dress! And I know what you mean about overdoing the alcohol. I did that last night at book club 🙈
I am still coughing, congested, and my heart rate spiked for 8 hours last night. Ended up back at the dr today and chest has cleared up, just taking a while to fully recover. I haven't exercised in like 3 weeks and I hate it!1 -
-
@Kali225 you look stunning!
I'm, in the overdid it camp this week, too. Wednesday night, way too many wines, I still feel like I'm paying for it.
@lauren_989 I plan to post a weight in the morning, this morning I didn't weigh because I'd chugged about a litre of water before getting up and knew it would just skew the scale!1
