Happy Birthday Bill! Somehow I missed the Zillow listing but I saw the photo you posted on FB, very cute place. I also discovered that you do not like kale. I also discovered how to pronounce your last name, Mr BAY-ner.
I plan to make pheasant pot pie this weekend. I am trying to find a recipe or product for a point friendly crust, but there may not be such a thing and I will just have to succumb to taking a hit point wise.
Steve, hope your injuries from the ice incident are minor and you heal up fast.
Time to get to work. I have a performance review with my supervisor today. He will be the one guy I will miss from corporate headquarters.

    Onward and downward ;-)

    Good morning.

Sunny and cold--20º. Snow tonight, up to 6" they're saying.

Steve, hope the icy fall didn't break anything. No fun.

DD says DSIL was pulling my leg about skipping the ramp and dolly and just carrying the piano. Phew, made me nervous. I'm going to their place Saturday to test everything on their front steps with their smaller piano, to make sure nothing quirky in my equipment got overlooked.

Lost momentum on weight loss, time to reset.

    Onward and downward.

Just to clarify, I was originally pronouncing Boehner (BON-ner), not (BONE-er).

    Good morning!

Happy birthday, Bill! Congratulations again on the house, and congratulations on seeing the Earth circle the Sun one more time.

I have a Dr. appointment at 10:45 tomorrow morning. My left wrist is still somewhat swollen, and it hurts to move it in some directions. My ribs are what hurt the most now, along with a bruise forming on my left hip. My shoulders still hurt, but maybe more the pain that I had been having and less from the fall. I still don't think that I broke anything, but this sure has been a painful experience.

It might hit 50 today so the last of the ice will be gone. Tomorrow, the high will be in the 20s.

Connie and I have a date night tonight. It will either be Longhorn Steakhouse, or Red Lobster.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Frosty and foggy, this morning, and the fog might not burn off during the day. Around here, it can be a dull grey day in Tumwater and brilliant sunshine a few miles away. Still not raining, though.

Started work on a walnut log, yesterday. The wood is very wet, but fun to turn. My shop is covered in long ribbons of wood off my sharp tool. Very therapeutic. I'll continue today, before Rita grabs me to drive her on her rounds. Tonight, we are meeting DGS and his family at a local pizza place, to celebrate his 9th birthday.

    Happy Humping,
    HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY BILL!!!
25 here this morning should warm into low 50's
Coffee pot did not make my coffee this morning, reckon heating element has gone out. Pulled old glass percolator out of back of cabinet and made coffee on top of stove. Reckon it is good we kept all these years.

Thanks for the BD Greetings. Heather asked me what I would like to do. "Nothing" has never been an acceptable answer so I said I wouldn't mind check out a museum or two here in Eugene. She was kind of enough to clarify that I really would like to go somewhere and walk. Wives are helpful like that.

We drove over to Florence to pay the deposit on the house at the Title Company. Blue skies and temps in the low 60s had us smiling, especially compared to frosty fog in Eugene. We went to the furniture store to begin to pick out what we needed. While sitting on a sofa & love seat we were thinking about I called up the Zillow pictures of their living room to see if it might fit the space only to discover the one we were sitting on was the same as in the picture. The salesman later confirmed that they had delivered it to that address. We ended up buying a slightly different design and a few other pieces. We also picked out a bedroom set. Living room will be delivered on the 26th, the bedroom is on order. Strange to buy so much at once. It nice I don't have to decode IKEA instruction for a change.

Nice! Interesting backyard. What is the substrate? Looks like they did agility drills with their dog back there.
They sure aren't giving homes away these days, huh?

I missed the birthday. Many happy returns, Bill. I like the lack of grass. Lawns are more trouble than they are worth.
