Good old cephalexin. Glad it is doing the job. I use that particular antibiotic quite a bit in my practice.
Great photos of the sanctuary, Steve.
Hope your grand debut went well, Mike.
Tower shoot was fun for the girls, tough on me. Standing in the cold made every bone in my body ache. Came home to an empty house, had put M on an early flight to CO, and drank hot tea and napped most of the afternoon away and hit the hay early.
Onward and downward ;-)

Good morning!
Great picture, Lee! I have never thought of CT as good hunting, but I'm wrong.
I'm going to try to get a few things done today, but my ribs are still hurting which limits what I can do. This is very frustrating for me.
The Chiefs doinked in another win.
Have a great day!0 -
Good morning gentlemen.
Love the snowy photo, Lee, but glad the white stuff is there and not here.
Yeah, the Chiefs seem to have the luckiest streak in football. But a 'W' is all that matters. Seahawks have won four in a row. How did that happen?
DS called yesterday and asked us to keep the kids for another night, so I have to get them to school this morning. We get our CRV back from the body shop this morning, too.0 -
Yeah Mike hope you had fun with your debut.
Glad you are getting the CRV back Dave. Always annoying to have bodywork done. Enjoy the kids for one more day.
Yup nice photo Lee . Never hunted Pheasants in the snow. Where I hunted them in California Central Valley it didn't snow whilst I was living there.
I have just been kinda bummed lately for no real reason. ("winter blues"?)
Glad the Ducks won but exhausted watching.0 -
Great picture of girls and snow.
Warmer here through Wednesday with rain then dropping to lows in 30's and highs in 50's but clear.
Called plumber to bring water heater up to code when he gets a chance.
Got tomatoe cages pulled this morning and all but two okra plants pulled up.
How did piano move practice go yesterday?
Always good to have second vehicle back on hand.
Bruised and/or broken ribs normally take several weeks to heal.
Going with DW in morning to meet with surgeon to discuss full treatment plan told us to plan on at least an hour.

Good Morning
Lee, you picture reminds of the photos when my father used to get Field & Stream magazine where he advertised.
Mike, I trust you enjoyed your public debut on Piano at the holiday show.
We went up to Coburg for pizza yesterday as recommended by the Dr. Rain came while we were eating so we scratched plans to wonder around town or hike and possibly enjoy their very small town parade. Much of their activities were dialed back it seams. Good pizza though. In theory we close the sale of our house today after they just missed the deadline on Friday. Once that happens I am on the phone to utilities, insurance and my finance person to pull some of the proceeds back into our retirement savings. I am supposed to have a convo with our local realtor about the inspection report on the new house. Health is slowly returning to whatever normal is for me.0 -
Never got to test piano moving stuff. DSIL’s messages somehow got lost in cyberspace 48 hours and we never connected. Will try for tomorrow or Wednesday. Hopefully will do move Friday (the thirteenth?) or possibly Thursday.
Concert went very well actually. There was a drummer, two flute players, a bassist and saxophonist, along with a dozen bell ringer/singers. Almost nobody showed up because the newspaper printed the wrong time…. But I enjoyed myself a lot. Library had 40 Christmas trees townspeople put up, there were raffle prizes and 2 food trucks, plus a magician over in a corner folding one dollar bills and turning them into a two dollar bill.
Flagpole battle is hysterical to me.
Steve, that bird gathering is really epic. Love your picture of the dogs, Lee. There’s just something so refreshingly healthy about hunting…
Have a good one everyone.0
