For me, last week and this week are both a challenge. I was travelling last week for work and had car issues that all affected my workouts and this week I am travelling for most of the week again. I am taking it in stride that I will be disrupted and trying to find ways that I will be able to do something while I'm on the road (like today, my parents and I went to the Ravine State Park and hiked around and down into the ravine to the springs and back) and even though it may not meet my usual activity level, I will be at least doing something.0
