If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Mondays
1/6/24 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
1/13/24
1/20/24
1/27/24 (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month
It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

Happy new year everyone! I've been hovering around the low 260s for months now so I'm determined to get into the 250s this month ^_^ 255 was also my lowest weight in like 18 years or so so would be hyped to make that number again.1 -

Happy new year! 🥳 I hope that 2025 brings health and happiness to us all.
My resolution is to exercise 3x per week since my weight loss thus far has been 100% diet and calorie counting only. I want to build up some endurance for my trip to Japan in April! I'm planning to start with walking on the treadmill at home since it's snowy and icy outside right now. I struggle with severe anxiety and exercise can be a trigger so I'm just going to start with low intensity and slowly work my way up. I figure something is always better than nothing, no matter how small.0 -
