Hello 
I am on Phen/Topamax combo been on a month Monday so far so good down 26lbs since being on the pills but, all in all I am down 48lbs as I was losing weight prior to the pills. Looking for weight loss support as well. I am active on here daily I track my calories and exercise as well as sort of post when I can on the community & blog. Not looking to chat outside of this though sorry 
too many weirdos but, always nice to have online weight loss support system as I would like to do the same for you. I am also very interested in talking to members that are or have been at my weight and lost weight or losing weight currently. I was 311lbs currently at 262lbs. Well...let me know ttul.

Welcome!!! Congrats on the weight loss. I took the pills a long time ago after stalling in my own loss. I had dropped about 60 pounds, but was stuck. The pills gave me the jump start I needed, and I lost about 30 more pounds. I kept if off for a long time but fell in to bad habits last summer. I didn't gain a lot of weight back, but a few pounds were enough for me to realize that I needed to get back to it. I am completing a month of pills now, and I haven't weighed in. According to my home scale I am down 12 pounds, which doesnt seem like a lot, but considering I was working out pretty hard before that, I think its good. I don't view the pills as a long term solution at all, at least not for me, but they help me get back in the habit of doing things right. I still eat at least 1200 calories, and more if I work out really hard. I think one of the worst things people do is use to the pills to not eat, and not work out....it is a recipe for disaster when you stop taking them (but that is just my opinion haha). Anyhow, I am going to get off of my soap box now lol!! Good luck and congrats!
