This week, we're going to do a Fitness Bingo and see how many things we can check off, while being more active and having fun! Below is your card. Post daily with your updates and enjoy a selection of different activities for the week. Good luck!!

I just remembered that I was planning on doing this challenge, so I didn't work on it very much today.
I did do a 1.4 mile walk earlier today (I'm counting for I4) and I just did the 20 push ups, 20 sit ups and 1 min plank (I3).
Some I know I won't be able to do (work out with friend) but I'm going to see how much of it I can do. I'll try to put more effort into doing a few of these tomorrow.0 -

๐ Sunday: I went for a good, rather slow, walk with my friend. My knee and foot are still a bit sore but I have a butt muscle pain that isn't easing off so that slowed me down. Anyway, I got outside, was active for more than 45 mins, walked 7 km and got some cardio in the process.

I can't post the bingo card so yesterday I did ,
20 mins cardio dancing at home.
Spent time outside walking but forgot to start my tracker.
My free box was cleaning the house for 45 minutes.
I've just finished a course of antibiotics so hopefully will get a bit more exercise this week.

I walked to the park and let my boys play on the swings for a while, which I'm counting as I5. I also did 100 jumping jacks (G3) which was harder than I thought it would be.
Today, I'm planning on doing a circuit workout and get some cardio in at the gym. If I have time, I'll also do some yoga and maybe the mountain climbers.

I got a few more done today, but didn't get to the yoga I was planning on. So tomorrow the plan is to do yoga, 50 sit ups, 50 push ups and 2 min plank.

I missed yesterday's posting
Did 50 sit ups
30 mountain climbers.
Did the plank,could only manage 1 minute before I started shaking.Managed to another minute after a long rest ๐ณ
Today
Walked an hour in total so definitely walked a mile & some.
Was active for 67 mins during my Dance fit class.
Did a good stretch as always after the class.2 -

๐ Thursday: I had the day off yesterday and slept well then stayed in bed until I really needed to get up. I went for a calm walk in the local park and took photos of rotting logs - looking at interesting details that I'd generally walk by.
