I am actually turning 63 this year.... but want my health to the as good as it was while I was in my 30's! I know that is an ambitious goal, but if I find some support hear and use myfitnesspal to learn some new things, I know I can do it! Join me and let's do this together!!!

You've got this! This app makes staying on track and holding yourself accountable so much easier. Ambitious goals are great, what are some of your short-term goals? One of mine is getting 8 hours of sleep every night. It’s the first time in my life I’ve been able to do it, and my body’s still adjusting, but it’s such an essential part of overall health.0
