  1. Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
  2. Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
  3. Did I keep track of all the calories I ate or drank?
  4. Pass days (3+ is fine if you reach the max)

As you may know, I live in Southern France, but I was born in The Netherlands, lived for 30+ years in UK and have also lived and worked in China, Nepal, Brussels Belgium, Paris, on a Pacific island and have done a lot of travelling, mostly in Asia, bit of North Africa and Middle East, and in Europe. My long-time passion is Italy. I also love food and I am having a hard time choosing which cuisine, or which dishes I love the most.
    What is your favourite cuisine?
Which country, which State, if you're N. American, or Australian, which region if you're British or S.African? Which holiday destination wowed you with its food?

@chinkiri ~ this topic will require some additional thought! I love FOOD....With the Superbowl being in New Orleans...a lot of Nawlings-style food has surfaced and is making my mouth water. From Beignets to Gumbo, Poor Boy's (Po'boy) to shrimp and grits. BTW, I am making shrimp and grits for breakfast for Superbowl Sunday. Yummy. Never tried it make it before so we shall see!!!

Here are some of my own favorites: I love spicy food, so Indian curries are high on my list, especially Goan fish and Gujerati vegetarian curries, but I also love chilli con or senza carne and huevos rancheros. Turkish breakfast fills me up for most of the day. When I worked in Nepal l ate dhal, lentil curry, all the time, still often make it. I am not much of a sweet or dessert person, but it's hard to say no to a French tarte tatin, crème brûlée, clafoutis or lemon meringue tart. I also like British fisn 'n chips and proper roast dinner with all the trimmings. I like almost all Thaï food and love the Chinese way of wokking vegetables. A French seafood platter, yum or Marseille' s bouillabaisse! From my home country, the Netherlands, I really only miss, 'snert', peasoup, in the middle of winter.

    Favorite cousine?
I love to eat. I don’t have a favourite cuisine per say. If it good it’s good 😋

It's hard to choose favourites - I have also lived I or visited many different countries. I lived in Nigeria as a little girl and learnt to enjoy curry and spicy food from an early age. Later, in my teens I discovered Chinese food and Indian, both of which I love. Stir fry veg are probably my favourite way to cook veg. Visiting Sri Lanka and Thailand I learnt to enjoy curry for breakfast!
I also love simple grilled fish - I eat fish a lot when I'm on holiday.

Pass day again. The weather was less windy so I had 5 swims in the pool plus a short walk in the morning and a longer walk this evening.
I'm drinking zero alcohol beer in the bar in the evenings.

Yes x3. Full body strength and evening walk. Still not back to full energy. 1 pass day used.

I have travelled to several countries but not really ‘foodie’ countries. I do often long for the fresh chapatis and chai masala tea from Kenya or the dates and olives and cheeses of a middle eastern breakfast spread.
