Exercise included a beachfront walk before work, then coaching kids and doing an hour of Jiu Jitsu class (my neck was twinging a bit and I didn't want to overdo it so day or the last 30 minutes) then yoga when I got home.
Ate to plan so under budget and healthy choices. A bit further under budget than planned as some of my lunch ended up splattered across the floor. I dropped it carrying it from microwave to office cos it was too hot 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
