    I did get plenty of walking - do airports compete to see who can devise the longest zig-zag route from A to B?

    My fhealth goals for this month are to continue daily meditation, to enjoy my food by taking at least 30 seconds for each bite, and to lose this last pound.
    @AwkwardHaircut I'm also working on a daily meditation goal (2+ minute breathing exercise, for starters). Let's do it! And that last pound stands no chance, I know it :)
