Weight loss

So Hi Guys I hope you all are doing fine this is my first time here so I wanted to tell you about my weight loss journey So I used to weigh around 93Kgs(203pounds I guess) And was depressed plus had nothing to do but one day something clicked in my mind like wth am I doing with my life also I am 5.8ft so I was pretty fat and was bullied at school because of that and like I was saying something clicked in my mind when I was a watching a yt short of Sir Goggins that motivated me a bit so I'll go straight to the point after procrastinating here and there I went to the gym for first two weeks I went 7 days which is not recommended but I was so frustrated with myself that i wanted to burn the fat quickly which isn't ethical I won't recommend it to everyone after that a bit I started going 6 days a week with around 1 hour of weight training and 45 min crossfit and in 2 and half months I lost 23 kgs(around 50 pounds) this is all I have to say for now see ya bye take care
