I am new to the group and love this topic. I have Hypothyroidism (hashimoto) and I have found a huge connection to what I eat to how I feel. If I eat gluten then my joints severely inflame and I am in tremendous amount of pain. If I eat a lot of junk food that too will make me feel sluggish and ache all over. When I eat "clean" then I feel better.0
