Morning all
I found a cute airbnb in my desired neighborhood in Santiago $390 for the week. I then booked an all day winery tour and a trip to the Andes. I still need to book a trip to Valpariso for the day and figure out how to get to the cruise port. There are lots of options for other day trips if we want to get out of the city.
I really wanted to find a place at the beach but the apartments were terrible looking and expensive. Plus it was $140 to shuttle there or 3 bus transfers.0 -

Didn't watch any of the NFL awards - choir practice and the ongoing binging of Downton Abbey (middle of season 4, now). I was pulling for Bo Nix as Rookie of the Year, until the post season. Daniels playoff performance sewed the award up, and he earned it.
Still cold, but dry in Tumwater. I don't want to cover the driveway with a sheet of ice, so I might spring for a car wash. The CRV is looking pretty bad, after driving in snow and slush for the last week.0 -

We have a sunny chilly calm day today, then snow rolls in Saturday. Maybe dgs can get outside and play in it. He's not had much of a chance given our lack of snow this winter. New boots and new snow pants still are brand new never worn! They'll fit for about another minute. He's growing like a weed! Talking up a storm too!
Leo, this too shall pass. Maybe you'll get extra treats !
I officially weigh in on Fridays (report back to doc once a month, today).... and I hit -52 lbs today since July 1. I lost 7.6 since since Jan 5th. Recovering from holiday slight gains back and forth.
1st youtube silver sneakers video is done, now onto the next, a 20min cardio Im going to incorporate. These free silversneaker sessions on YouTube are great. I do chair yoga free too. There a lot to choose from!
