Mornin' BBB
Made it home OK. Had to stop several times along the way to refill coffee cup. I was running on empty.
Came home to 4 inches of crusty snow. I fed the girls, unpacked, had a quick dinner, and then watched the first half of the game as I fell asleep. Woke up just before it was over and noted that it had actually been over for a while.
Tucker's friend is handsome, but probably due for lifelong skin issues. Hope not, but all the silver labs I see have significant skin problems, and are a wee bit kooky. Basically some nutjob breeder decided that a little Weimeraner would bring some nice color to their line of labs. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that bad things happen genetically with breeders start selecting for rare color.
Hope Joanne is feeling better today. DS and DGS had the flu.
M is on her way home with drugged up crazy eyed cat. She will take it easy-ish and probably arrive Wednesday evening.

Morning gang
Our brunch meet-up was lovely yesterday...a truly nice couple. They had lots of tips for us for our upcoming stay in Santiago and the cruise.
Today we are going to walk to the market for lunch then hime for laundry and packing. Our flight tomorrow is at noon. Booked first class for this leg since it's over 3 hours. That's my goal from now on unless it's unbearably expensive.1 -

Took 40 minutes and went to breakfast with old men in neighborhood this morning, Joanne asleep when I left, return she is still running fever.
Watched game last night, not a good game till 4th quarter; didn't matter to me who won.
I need a nap, do not know if I'll make it to lodge tonight.

Hey folks.
Leo had the last of his pills tonight and gets to keep the cone until next Wednesday. I think. They're the dissolving type stitches, so we need to keep him from licking his undercarriage. No baths either, so nobody really wins in this scenario. Cecilia's going to call the vet tomorrow because we don't remember how long to keep soaking his food.
I didn't really care who won last night as long as it wasn't KC. I just wanted a decent game. Bailed on it early and did Sunday night bourbon with the guys
