Morning all
Up early to go on a winery tour. We will drive 1.5 hours to the countryside and visit 4 vineyards. I love Chilean wines. 4 couples total in our tour.

- We ended up with about 6" of snow. Its melting fast. Just wet enough to keep roads and cars dirty!
- Long day ahead. Good news is, its my "Friday" - with Monday a Holiday, I get a four day weekend!

Good morning !
Pto for me today! Heading by gds. We'll head to library and to indoor playground at new rec center. Maybe get outside in snow, all before lunch then nap time.
Dh already removed 4inches of driveway snow and left for work. I'm snuggled up with the fireplace on and hot coffee in hand watching the morning traffic report woes. Hopefully, all gets cleared up by 8:00a when I need to leave for dgs.

I'm going old school with the kids games Sat! Think pin the heart on the elephant. My version of hot potato to music using a heart box of candy. Red solo cup bowling, and a scavenger hunt for felt hearts, and we will make a valentine for their family oxoxox
I just flashed back on my own kids birthday party's with my little neighbor school friends. If you talked while eating cake, you had to sit under the table. That's weird why did we play that??? 🤣

Joanne and Sam are always in my prayers.
Monday is a holiday? I lose track. Sometimes it's hard to remember what day of the week it is. The good life: no one to answer to and no schedules to keep.
It's funny. I don't remember ever having a birthday party as a kid. I'm sure I must have at least a couple of times, but they couldn't have been very memorable. No parties for DS after he was about 6, either. Parties have never been a big deal for the Kuhns family. DDIL, on the other hand, is great at parties. They all have a theme and a plan for everything. Preparations begin months in advance. Fully decorated house, costumes, menus, the whole nine yards. DGD gets into it, too. She loves having a big crowd over. DGS, on the other hand, is just as happy to have a handful of buddies over to play video games.
It's 19 degrees this morning, heading to a high of 35, with snow in the forecast. Indiana, would you please come and get your weather back.0 -
