I was able to stay juuuust under my calories and barely spent 20 minutes at the gym before called away, such is life.. i was able to track my food for the day. also, I don't check-in on weekends and its the first weekend of the month today being the 3rd so 0 passes1

probably TMI but I need to sort-of share with someoneI've been dealing with a slow-moving family calamity for the past few weeks that has taken up all my emotional energy and brainpower, but I'm going to finish my February check-ins right now. Because I WILL take care of myself, come hell or high water. Not even sure whether I'm burning or drowning. But I'm still a Champion. You all are the only thing keeping me sane right now. Thank you for showing up for yourselves, and each other, day after day.

Thanks @MadisonMolly2017 I almost made this a permanent break but wen I stopped weighing weekly I knew I need my uac buddies to get me back on track. Tbh i just get lazy and time poor with tracking and weighing.. Start strong beginning of the month then taper off. I've been doing uac for 5 years...champ and winner are rare for me these days. Xo0
