Hey everyone, hope your'e having a great weekend and managing to hit your low carb/keto goals no matter how small. I'm in week 2 of my meal plan now and just saying...keto breath is REEEAL🤢. Drinking lots of water helps a bit and my energy levels are a bit better than week 1. I had to seriously fight through craving chocolate after watching my friend eat a chocolate brownie yesterday! Stay strong💪
