We are so happy to have each and every one of our members, whether brand new, oldies like me, or somewhere in between. As we begin our 64th season, I would like to share a few ideas about how best to help your team progress in the race and reach your personal goals.
1. Show up daily ~ if you can. If not daily, please show up as often as you can.
2. Be faithful to post your numbers, even if those numbers are zeroes
3. Read the challenge details! The OALs work hard to provide relevant information to motivate and inspire you. You can't really know what is required unless you read the material.
4. Participate in the team chat and/or other optional activities your leaders provide
5. Don't miss posting or weigh-ins. Post on time.
6. Be honest: Share your struggles and triumphs
7. Don't hesitate to ask for help
We understand that not everyone is in the same place on their pathway. Do the best you can, and you will succeed!

Reading Ceri’s note above I’m reminded of a couple os sayings
Mony a mickle mak’s a muckle. (Lots of wee bits make a big bundle)
Slow and steady wins the race.
If you can only do 5 or 10 minutes of exercise, it’s a lot more than someone who does none.
And biceps curls and leg raises while still lying in bed both count
