    • So much for taking week off. Change of plans. Work beckons.
    • Didn't sleep much last night. Couldn't get comfortable. Splints come out tomorrow.
    • Gonna be a long day.

    Cheers,

    Morning BBB

Hopefully sleep and headache will be better soon.

We are waking up in Uruguay. It's poring rain and we have no tour booked so going for a leisurely breakfast then origami class. We will decide later when / if we head off the boat.

    Mornin' BBB

    Same Skip. Same.
Looking forward to going in, actually. Been bored silly. M is breathing big sigh of relief.
How did point management go last night, Lou?
I had a wee dram of Bhakta (rye blended with 100yr old armgnac), and then a small pour of pinot noir with dinner. Dinner was super thick brined pork chops reverse seared on gas grill, then served over brown rice and topped with a peach balsamic sauce. Never made it to the Oscars (totally not interested). Instead, continued to binge watching the second season of Night Agent with M.
Sleep has significantly improved. Still confined to sleeping on my back, but aching and throbbing is minimal. My fitbit sleep score was 73. I had no score the first week post op. Normal for me is high 70's to high 80's.
I saw an ad for Imagen portable O2 generator. My dad had one, but getting insurance to pay for it was problematic, so I just bought it for him. Is that something Joanne could use?

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good morning.

I had the leftover steak and Brussels sprouts from our anniversary dinner last night. Single pour even though we were out there for two hours, so I feel like I earned my little gold star in my weigh in book this week.

Leo did a little wandering in their back yard yesterday and I had to leash him while they were doing knife and ax throwing because he was really interested in those things thumping on the wood.

The Bhakta is a good one, Lee. Whistle Pig Rye is the base and then mixed and further aged with others. The armangnac is my favorite of their stuff. Cecilia has plans for that bottle when I'm done with it. She doesn't understand that it'll probably be a couple years before that bottle is finished. It's a beautiful art-deco styled bottle and I think she wants to do one of those wax drip candle thinks with it.

    Good Morning,
Remember rainy days sitting in port on our last cruise, we would have been better staying on ship.
Skip, just one more day with splints, praying for complete recovery.
Lee do not let half day turn into full; that is what Joanne needs I do not know brand that insurance approved; should get by end of week. I had told doctor I would buy, if necessary, but nurse told us she had handled.
Dennis if you need bail money let us know and we will pass a hat
Has Rita heard results of scan?

    Good morning BBB friends.

Kind or terse from our Daytona traveler. Perhaps he is tired out.

No Oscars here, either. Seemed like a poor year for films, at least for my taste. We watched Downton Abbey: The Movie, after finishing our binge of all six seasons. Only have A New Era left. Then we'll be ready for movie No. 3 when it comes out in September.

Should be cloudy but dry, today. I might actually pull out my bike and go for a ride.

    Good morning

My home Office is open but I'm slow going it.

Meeting DH at Ford dealership at noon so to shuttle him back to his
workplace . He is dropping his truck off for oil change tire rotation appt this afternoon and I'll pick him up afterwork.

My Sunday night tv is All Creatures Great and Small on PBS. Haven't seen these oscar nom movies anyway.

Least you have a job still Skip, or no?, would you really secretly prefer the "see ya email bye?" Maybe its not so secretly 😉? Hope it goes the way you wish... Get better soon!

    Prayers for Joanne 🙏🙏

Dennis, tell our friends Raine and Tom, if you see them, hello! And have fun. Wear jeans under your chaps, keep them guessing 😅

The chicken cacciatore with red wine reduction turned out amazing. My best ever! And we have half leftover.

    Have a wonderful day BBB
