    Hope all is fixed for everyone getting fixed…

    A Little snow dusting yesterday here in SE Wisconsin. Northwest border not so fortunate

    House guest lands at 4pm. My good friend sister in law, aunt to my sons, from my 1st round. She's here checking on an 101yr aunt here in hospital after throwing herself out of a wheelchair at nursing home and fracturing her neck.

    I need to go hibernate at the lake, come on April!

    Good morning BBB friends.

    I feel for you, Skip. In my memory, the Roto-Rooter job on my nasal passages had the most unpleasant recovery of any of my of my surgeries.

    Have to drive back to the Army hospital today. This time to visit the pharmacy and to try to get a nurse to give Rita her anti-migraine shot. Neither of us wants me to have that task.

    If that is what you want Kelly, I hope you get it, I'm too old to deal with little ones; though my DDIL posted on Facebook they are expecting a little one October, their youngest now is 15.

    Lee, glad knee is holding out.

    Emmaus meeting this morning, then breakfast for DW and clean up kitchen; clothes are in washer, need to go by drug store to pick up for DW, went yesterday and they wanted to charge $140.00 ask about insurance, that's when they told me if I wait till today, it is fully covered by insurance. Will check on DMIL while out.

    So…..done with the vilification of federal employees!

    Submitted request to retire on 12.31.25. I have enough leave to carry me through the remainder of the year.

    Done with this clown show. 35 years in gov't is enough.

    I think I might try to find a job slinging beer at a local tavern. Something I don't have to worry about and can enjoy!

    • Safe return from Daytona today. Temps in the 50s the whole way and windy.
    • Taking the rest of the year off with pay is a sweet deal Skip. You just need another PT professor gig and move to an area with a cheaper cost of living.
    • There might be a new addition in our house too.
