    Up and at em…

Slept in this morning and didn't expect to be first to check in. Got out yesterday for a decent hike in the wildlife area, with gorgeous 62º sunshine. The river, which had been frozen solid was running fast. Spring is in the air! Well, snow predicted for tonight, but who cares.

Catching up on all the chores I didn't do yesterday. First, my coffee…

    Good morning!

We are seeing the shift to spring here too. I got the first coat of paint on one of the doors yesterday. Second coat of paint today and first coat of paint on trim. Slowly getting there. I have been feeling very tired. I'm not sure what's up with that. This morning, I was thinking that I've slipped out of the balance that I had going with some rest and some work. I've been really busy lately, and need to find that balance again.

Collin is officially on his company's payroll now. He has been there almost four months now, and is still happy with the work. We are so happy for him. We are praying that this is a new chapter for him.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

It was a yardwork day, yesterday. I picked up a half dozen large arbor vitae and hauled them to the back where Rita planted them. Then trimmed, mowed and fertilized the lawn. Got that all done just before it started to rain.

Today, is a drive Rita around day. It puts a smile on her face and that puts one on mine.

    Good Morning,

Ended up with 2 doctor appointments for Joanne and 2 for me, hopefully I am cleared for shoulder replacement next week.

I too slept in this morning not getting up till 8, fixed breakfast then cleaned up kitchen.

Need to wash car and get some baskets ready for annuals. Having to stay around house till Care Med brings filled oxygen tanks; they claim form was sent back to doctor to correct for portable oxygen generator.

Pablo has gotten where he will not stay inside fence, recon I'll need to get him a shock collar something I generally do not agree with.

    Good Morning

I managed to sleep in this morning…very rare occurrence. Hopefully this will help me energy wise as the day goes on. We enjoyed our Bogie film yesterday and ran some errands. Temps dropped a bit and up came a steady breeze was rather chilling so we passed on walking. Today I hope to track down lab order so I can get my blood work done by Friday. Plenty to do around here.

    Afternoon gents.

In this neck of the woods, we call arbor vitae deer snacks. All the shrubs of arbor vitae in our yard have the bottom half browsed away, those shrubs that survived.

Milder weather is on the way.

    Onward and downward ;-)
