Your assignment ~ Countdown & Pre-Challenge Activity #1: INFORMATION and YOUR INPUT!
I keeping coming back first and foremost for my own physical and mental health. I love the accountability and knowing you are surrounded by a group of people that are on the same track or trying to stay healthy.
I need to refocus and start from the beginning because I have had a few rocky years in life and we always put everyone first so no it is ME Time.

My goal for this challenge is to get more sleep and to continue my quest to lower pesky cholesterol levels. I am not on medication yet, and I intend to keep it that way by staying active, eating healthier, and sleeping more. We have a family wedding in June, and I want to look AND feel good for the celebration.
