    Busy at work last 3 days. Glad to have today off. No dog training for me with field trial group yet. Today will be a day of rest and recovery. I will try and do some work with the girls in the yard because they are itching to work.

    Steph, one of my clients is from Lincoln NE and is of Czech descent. Her surname is Drda. She said she knew many Chloupeks, mostly from the Wilber area. Small world.

    Allergic postnasal drip in short faced (brachycephalic) breeds can be problematic. Sorry about the vet bill, but I like the medical solution. Glad he responded.

    • Hannah for the most part is being very good. The exception is the chewing has started. She must be watched constantly. A puppy play pen is on order.
    • I finished my yearlong class at church last night. I'm now being recruited to facilitate the next group.
    • A day of rest will be good for you Lee. Explain it to the girls. They may enjoy a trip to Austin.
    • Is the snow gone in MKE?

    Morning BBB

    The other nebraska Chloupeks are super extended family. Except for Ron's immediate family all of his dad's family was long passed before I joined the family.

    Today is the farmers market. There is a lovely selection of everything. I ordered a smoked chicken, bacon bits and chorizo for the specialty meat booth and yogurt from the dairy. Last week my eyes were bigger than my needs so will be more mindful this week.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    The legs of the three stools at our kitchen island are scarred from Sassy's puppy chewing. We did try the split antlers, but that darn dog would destroy one in a couple hours, and they got expensive.

    Spring is arriving in Tumwater with cold rain. Looks a lot like winter. At least the days are longer.

    Good evening

    Snowed a half inch overnight and was gone on this sunny afternoon.

    Count down to April 18, lake opening day! Woohoo. I'm sure we'll need the heat on. And I'm ok with that!

    Saw lil dgs today. He told me "up Grami up". So I picked him up and he proceeded to say "Grami I love you", with a big neck hug. Kid has stole my heart in more ways than this one! Just a kind, sweet boy! Ok brag over.
