    Good morning BBB Friends.

    • Up early for a long lunch ride with my BMW riding buddies. It will be cold at launch time but warm up nicely during the day.
    • Ms. Hannah is doing well. Potty training going well. I did have to buy a new power cable for our recliners. Somebody likes to chew.
    • Have a great day BBB.

    GM~

Aside from a (expensive) pair of LL Bean Boots (Leather Tongue) - the house survived really well from Tucker'sTeething!

    Ms. Hannhah looks adorable!

VA appt was tough yesterday - but we'll find out in a few weeks.

On other side, I got noticed for a VA interview this upcoming week. UP/DOWN/UP/DOWN…..its like I'm back in the military again!

    Cheers,

    Skipper

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Those soulful puppy eyes.

Both Oregon Ducks teams (men's and women's basketball) won, yesterday, so I have a happy mini bracket.

Tonight, I'm grilling a bunch of chicken legs that we rescued from the freezer last night. I'll marinade with soy, garlic, ginger and lemon juice. We'll serve them with simple stuff: rice and corn, maybe.

    Good morning.

My brackets haven't suffered any fatal blows yet other than the Rotary bracket which, when you're given one team and have to cover the spread, isn't to be unexpected.

Dog is tanning on the balcony and I'm tanning by association with my coffee.

Is it a role at VA you want to do, Skip? Or is it a paycheck?

    Good Afternoon,

Beautiful day here, been working in yard trying to get what I can done before surgeries.

DW is doing much better and has better attitude since they have scheduled her surgery, even brought water out to me this morning.

Veterans' administration needs lots of help or at least some folks who are willing to work, but I hear each office is different and some are great. Have a neighbor who uses three different hospitals depending on what he needs and says they are great but uses one for cardiology and another for his TIA's and strokes and Athens for general health.

Hannah is so cute, and I assume has Dennis and Kris wrapped around her paws.

Have not watched any basketball, only know what news reports about Georgia teams and believe all are out.

Lou - FAIR question! I would like to retire. AND, it looks like I'm being forced into that. HOWEVER, I am not at Minimum Retirement Age (57) which precludes me from FULL entitlements (SocSec Supplement) through 62. Alas, I need (would like) to land another position for 3 more years to carry me to that threshold.

Bottom Line: Paycheck. Or a REALLY different lifestyle change :-)
