Not syncing data

Hi

It seems the problem that people were having in November is happening again. My data wasn’t syncing to Fitbit. I did the disconnect and reconnect thing, eventually it worked. However today it’s not syncing again. It’s a pain. Has anyone else had this problem this week? Thanks.

    Yes. Mine didn't work, then worked for a day, then back to not working. I have disconnected and reconnected so many times but not getting anywhere fast.
