    The planned group hike today is canceled due to rain. It was a route I was really looking forward to...hopefully she will just move it to next week. But since we are free on a Sunday morning I think we will walk to the organic pick your own farm. It's only open a few hour a week.

    We Plan to go to the groundbreaking for the new animal hospital this afternoon. They have vet students from Ruthers University come often to vaccinate and spay the street dog population. It seems like a good program.

    Or Ron likely wants to pack for our Amazon trip. It's over a week away but he is always on the ball.

    I'm sure Gma M loves being with dgs Lee, and he her. I know I do! And Grampas are pretty special too. Your time will come!

    Raining and chilly here. I made some amazing crepes at the crack of dawn. Had some berries I needed to use up. Small Roast of the rump with smashed tators, gravy and green beans for dinner. I have not made a roast in forever. We bought an assorted fresh meat package from the butcher, way better quality for the prices vs grocery, and this was a cut in there.

    I'm sure dh will watch Nascar since weather is terrible. I'll start a book.

    3 weeks til lake opening and its Easter too

    Field trial meetings today. Have to drive 90 minutes there and back. Ugh.

    Good Morning,

    Lots to get done today,

    Have to leave by 6:30 in morning, one says I'll have to stay overnight another doctor does not see a reason for me staying.

    Skip, keeping you in prayer this week; one of my friends sent in his notice of intent to retire December 31; they gave him 3 days to turn everything in but will pay him through end of year. They will list their house this week and moving to Hilton Head soon as home sales.

    Nice day here this morning, rain coming this afternoon and storms tonight and tomorrow.

    • In the words of my friend Sam, I've been churched and schooled. Better yet I didn't have to work AV, so I got an extra hour of sleep.
    • Atlanta is blooming. Pollen counts hit record highs yesterday. We are supposed to get rain this afternoon which will bring some relief.
    • Best of luck tomorrow, Sam. Let me know if you need any help.
    • Skip let's hope the VA comes a knocking this week.
    • The Amazon trip sounds amazing Steph.
